When you use the classification questionnaire, we collect the answers you provide about your device (name, description, technical characteristics) and, if you request a report, your email address and your consent to receive it.
We use this information to generate your classification report, to send it to you by email, and — only if you separately opt in — to contact you about MDClassify features and updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time, under the GDPR. Contact us at hello@mdclassify.com to exercise these rights.
